Our story
In late 2021, Sphere-Work was founded out of a deep belief that there had to be a better way to support companies in getting or keeping their productivity up to par. This for 2 reasons:
- The world around us is constantly changing. Companies that stand still have no future. As an organisation, you have to commit to productivity.
- The quality of consultancy on topics of change, HR and business organisation leaves a lot to be desired.

Both Bert and Christophe have more than 20 years of experience within HR. They have both literally stood with their feet in the mud: everything you can experience in terms of strategic HR, reorganisations & restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, social relations, remuneration, strategic scenario planning, performance culture, personnel costs & HR data, they have lived through.
Based on that experience, they both know very well how to take an organisation's productivity to the next level.
Their experience also brought opportunity enough to experience first-hand how things should not be done, and how much of the existing consultancy services are often sub-standard: consultants who walk in with fancy models but have never implemented them themselves in a real work environment, who overwhelm an often already unstable organisation only to leave before the change has properly landed.
Sphere-Work takes a different approach. Our experience and expertise, together with a solid theoretical foundation of the methodologies we use, ensure real productivity increase within organisations. We go for sustainable productivity, which is the trigger for all Sphere-Work employees.

Bert heef 20 jaar ervaring op het gebied van HR en verandertrajecten, waarvan 14 jaar als lid van Executive Committees in grote organisaties, voornamelijk in de bank- en luchtvaartsector. Bert werkte met en in verschillende culturen (Belgisch, Nederlands, Frans, Duits) en was succesvol in het realiseren van diepgaande & pragmatische veranderingen in die verschillende omgevingen. Het laatste jaar werkte hij voor kleinere bedrijven (bv. de fusie van 4 organisaties met in totaal 150 FTE's, strategie-implementatieproject in een IT-bedrijf van ~1000 FTE's, ...).
Focus: Strategische HR, reorganisaties & herstructureringen, fusies & overnames, sociale relaties, reward, strategische scenarioplanning, prestatiecultuur, personeelskosten & HR-gegevens.
