We are typically contacted by CEOs and CFOs of medium-sized companies (250 to 500 employees), or CHROs of larger companies (up to 1,500 employees). They often struggle with one or more of the following problems:

  • the organisational structure no longer aligned with the redesigned strategy,
  • the hr strategy not aligned with the implementation of the company's strategy,
  • the (middle) management showing resistance,
  • (middle) management that cannot translate the new strategy into targeted operational action plans,

Before presenting a preliminary report, we validate our initial findings with a number of key stakeholders if required.
