The issues our clients typically face
We are typically contacted by CEOs and CFOs of medium-sized companies (250 to 500 employees), or CHROs of larger companies (up to 1,500 employees). They often struggle with one or more of the following problems:
- the organisational structure no longer aligned with the redesigned strategy,
- the hr strategy not aligned with the implementation of the company's strategy,
- the (middle) management showing resistance,
- (middle) management that cannot translate the new strategy into targeted operational action plans,
- working conditions that do not (no longer) support the strategy,
- (personnel) costs rising faster than turnover,
- key positions not being filled and/or high turnover within that target group,

From a conversation with a member of the executive team, complemented by a scan that screens a number of HR-related areas with an impact on productivity, we can very quickly get to the root cause analysis in order to then propose 2 targeted measures with the highest ROI.
Before presenting a preliminary report, we validate our initial findings with a number of key stakeholders if required.

Bert heef 20 jaar ervaring op het gebied van HR en verandertrajecten, waarvan 14 jaar als lid van Executive Committees in grote organisaties, voornamelijk in de bank- en luchtvaartsector. Bert werkte met en in verschillende culturen (Belgisch, Nederlands, Frans, Duits) en was succesvol in het realiseren van diepgaande & pragmatische veranderingen in die verschillende omgevingen. Het laatste jaar werkte hij voor kleinere bedrijven (bv. de fusie van 4 organisaties met in totaal 150 FTE's, strategie-implementatieproject in een IT-bedrijf van ~1000 FTE's, ...).
